Chicken Karage is made of organic chicken breast from Sprouts, Japanese Mix from the Japanese market, fried in canola oil. When dipped in our special dip and eaten with salad hot bowl of rice is really delicious! 🙂

Chicken Karage is something I picked up while living in Japan. Chicken Karage is actually served in Chinese joints that serve ramen. They are popular for Japanese men to order with beer and definitely one of the few Japanese food I learned to eat and cook first. Look for it in our weekly menus. 😉
